Another well coordinated event - I particularly felt that the content of the delegate presentations was both very informative and probably more importantly, very candid. On many occasions they spoke of uninformed decisions and over set expectations that they made in their past implementations, they were happy to tell all. Their "how we would do it now" details of their presentations would have been invaluable to many of the delegates in audience. But let's not knock these guys down - They had the ambition to take the first steps on field service and mobile deployments and it's these steps that drive the industry.
